The yearly fair attracts people interested in planning holidays, leisure services and events. The exhibitors are travel agencies, tourist centres, hotels, air, rail and ferry companies, consulates / embassies, specialist magazines etc.

Our client (The Vienna International Airport) intended to achieve two goals at this fair: To be a platform for its low cost carrier clients, and to present the new terminal and facilities to be constructed during the years to come. We proposed a long row of check-in counters with a view onto the construction site: complete with the typical airport graphics. This subconsciously created a "being-at-the-airport-feeling" in which people were "ready to take off", an attractive atmosphere that was highly acclaimed by the public.
